PRODUCTION PROCESS
Step 1. Design(logo, material, finished, what kind of handles)
Step 2. Paper resizing: the paper sheets which will be used,
but cut to the proper dimension. (cutting machine)
Step 3. Printing: resized paper sheets are printed in offset
printing machine. Printing can be applied as CMKY or special pantone printing
which be prepared according to special in rates. (with printing machine)
Step 4. Lamination: printed paper sheets are laminated with
mator glossy opp material, mostly for paper bags with photographic art works
are applied shiny laminator, hot foil stamped or stamped or pantone printed
artworks are applied mat lamination. Also metallic laminations which in silver
or gold colors can be applied too. (lamination machine)
Step 5. Creasing: laminated sheets are cut by special die cut
molds. (semi-automatic die cutting and creasing machine)
Step 6. Finished craft: add the craft of desired on the logo
or bags. Uv, hot foling stamped on the logo(uv machine, hot foiling
machine)----it is not important
Step 7. Gluing on the tube: make the tube gluing and make the
organ on the tube machine with one piece sheet paper. Printed paper bags in
sheets can be made from one printed or two piece according to dimensions of the
bags. These two piece or edges of one pieces sheet be glued and be joint.(tube
forming machine)
Step 8. Open the bottom: do the paper bags bottom by manual or
bottom folding machine.
Step 9. Guling the bottom: bottom sealing machine (bottom
sealer machine)
Step 10. Top folding: by manual

Step 11. Drilling: top side of the bags are be drilled
according to thickness of the rope material. (drilling machine)
Step 12. Tipping on rope(tipping machine)
